We are pleased to recognize our very own CrossFit Hoboken athlete and coach, Ryan Erasmus, has returned from the World Masters Weightlifting Championships in Copenhagen, Denmark a silver medalist. A fellow Hoboken resident and former World Champion, Ryan is not only supremely talented in his craft, but a dedicated coach of over 300+ of our athletes.
As an organization, which strives on an ongoing basis to improve the fitness and athletic skill of our clients, we are immensely proud of Coach Ryan. As an athlete, this accomplishment alone is marvelous; however, he is also a dedicated trainer in our local area helping our clients accomplish new athletic feats in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.
